We use thick-walled polystyrene coolers and professional-grade ice packs or dry ice to ensure your order maintains a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Where does Super Butcher source its meat?
We partner exclusively with local, sustainable farms that prioritize ethical animal welfare and avoid the use of added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday to ensure freshness.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Absolutely. Our products are vacuum-sealed at the peak of freshness, making them perfect for immediate cooking or long-term storage in your freezer for up to six months.
What is your policy if my order arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or the temperature is not within a safe range, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
